These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CycleQuest application and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using CycleQuest, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use CycleQuest. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Nature of the Services
CycleQuest is a wellness and informational tool designed to help users track cycle-related information and receive general wellness insights. CycleQuest is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. User Accounts
Some features may require account creation, authentication, or login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
4. User Data and Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into the app. You retain ownership of information you submit, but you grant us the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that information solely to operate and improve the Services.
5. Partner Linking
CycleQuest may allow you to connect with a companion app, including CalmHer, through invite codes, tokens, or related connection flows.
- You are responsible for initiating or approving partner linking where applicable
- You may disconnect a partner link at any time from inside the app
- We are not responsible for decisions, actions, or relationship outcomes arising from how users interpret partner-facing insights
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services unlawfully
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or tokens
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the Services beyond what is permitted by law
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or exploit others
7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
CycleQuest Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly or yearly through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account. By starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable store to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price
- You may manage your subscription, view billing details, and turn off auto-renewal at any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies; CycleQuest cannot issue store refunds directly
Pricing for each plan is shown on the in-app paywall before purchase. Prices may vary by region and are converted to your local currency by the applicable store.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by the CycleQuest Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. No Medical Advice
CycleQuest is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional for medical concerns.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CycleQuest and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CycleQuest and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or applicable legal interests.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
